§ · Privacy
Privacy, in plain language.
A product whose pitch is "private by architecture" should have a privacy page you can read in two minutes. This is it.
What we collect
- Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email, your name if you give it, and your four answers (Claude Code, Mac, role, price). That's the entire list.
- Submissions are stored with our email provider (Resend) and in our own infrastructure (Cloudflare), used for exactly one purpose: the KineticOS waitlist and its updates.
What we don't do
- No analytics, cookies, or tracking on this page or the landing page. The one exception: the qualified thank-you page fires a single, anonymous signup event (PostHog, IP address dropped, no session recording) — that count is how we measure whether this page works.
- No ad pixels, no data sales, no sharing beyond the two processors named above.
- No spam: you only get the emails the form signs you up for.
Getting off the list
- Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. It works immediately, no login, no questions.
- Want your data deleted entirely? Email hello@kineticmatrix.io and it's gone.
The product itself
KineticOS the product runs on your machine, inside your own Claude Code. Your vault — the data it manages for you — lives on your Mac and never leaves it. The product's full privacy documentation ships with the product.
