Refunds, in plain language.

You get 30 days with the real app to decide if it is for you. Effective October 3, 2026.

30 days money back

• On your first purchase of any plan, including a founding seat, ask within 30 days of the day you bought and you get a full refund. No questions asked.
• You download the app the day you buy, so the 30 days are 30 days with the real app.
• Renewals after the first period are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again.

No preorders

• We do not take preorders. You are only charged once you can download the app, so there is nothing to refund before it ships.
• If a change to Anthropic's rules stops the app working as described and we cannot fix it, we refund the unused part of your current paid period.

How to ask

• Email hello@kineticmatrix.io from the address you bought with, reply to your receipt, or find your order at paddle.net.
• Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. How long it takes to show up is set by your bank.

After a refund

• A refunded license is deactivated. Your vault stays on your Mac and stays yours.
